1. Loud noise

2. The system oil temperature is too high

The reason for the high oil temperature of the system should be that the pipeline of the system is too small, the pressure is too high, the hydraulic oil cannot be discharged in time, and the cooling system does not meet the requirements, which leads to the phenomenon of oil trapping in the vane pump.

3. The system is depressurized.

System pressure drop means that the oil research vane pump can reach the predetermined pressure when working, which will cause the pressure to gradually drop during operation, making the system unable to work normally. When this phenomenon occurs, we should first check whether the master control valve is leaking or the oil temperature is too high, and whether the upper and lower oil distribution plates are worn.

4. No pressure

It means that the oil research vane pump has no pressure in the system during operation. First, check whether the vane pump has hydraulic oil discharged, secondly check whether the working direction of the oil pump is correct, and then check whether the coupling between the motor and the vane pump is connected. 5. Pressure swing
